One amazing little boy

At bed time I took Rodders out in to the freezing cold for a final pidle and he went in to his crate with just a whinge or two.

At some ungodly hour, 2am I think, OH had to get up for a piddle (the last cup of tea you know!) and Rodders heard him. A few little hinges and he settled back down. I was sure that he would have had a piddle in his crate.

At another ungodly hour , my phone said 4.57 (eeeeek), OH went off for a shower and Rodders decided it was time to get up. He was very pleased to see me and very happy to come out of his crate. I didn't pick him up and went straight to the back door and in to the garden without even putting the kettle on. He had a piddle and came back in. I made a cuppa and it was in to the conservatory where he just wanted to sit on me and have a fuss for a minute or two before he started to play. OH came down and he got a greeting too.

After OH had gone Rodders asked to go in the garden twice, once for a piddle and once for a poo. He did stop to play with his kitchen roll inner on the patio, life is so exciting and he can be easily distracted, but he got back on track and went to do what he was out there for. Much whooping and praise he came back in for a puppy treat. He also polished off last nights supper in double quick time, followed by the usual belch.

He was happy to play on his own but kept coming back to me for a bit of a fuss.

And then he piddled on the floor...... And got put in the garden while I cleared up.

He is now happily playing at my feet with a kitchen roll inner.
