When we got back from our wander around the neighbourhood this afternoon and Rodders had been for a piddle I grabbed a handful of puppy treats and the brushes and put him on the patio table. He was so busy munching that he allowed me to brush his back, sides and legs. He had got bored before I got to his face and he wasn't very keen on me going near his back end.
But he did at least look a bit smarter for a little while!
And if we can do this for a little while each day, even 5 minutes, he shouldn't be too much of a mess by the time we go to the grooming workshop and he will be more used to being handled.
