Rodders has been playing for a while and is now tired again but today he doesn't seem to want to give in to it. He has been on and off my knee but he is just a wriggling mass of mischief.
I gave in and put him on the patio table for a brush which he wasn't very impressed at and then we came in and I have come in to the kitchen. He has had a bit of a play and has barked to go out (and to come back in - that way he gets a bit of a fuss).
This could play in to my hands as I want to take Ailie and Pete out for dinner this evening to say well done to her for finally qualifying as an architect after 7 long years. Found her card by the way, it was in the bag of Christmas presents :-) Anyway, if Rodders is exhausted he may not make too much noise while we are out. Mind you Bob and Pat are away and Pete reckons he is deaf so it won't matter too much. I just don't want Rodders stressed out.
Maybe I can give him his supper as we go out. Not sure that will work as he hasn't been fed in his crate before. We will see.
So far we have had that one small piddle on the upstairs landing.
Ailie and Pete should be here in about an hour, need to get her to help me make beds as I haven't had a minute to do them!
