Not good at early starts

So I am not a morning person and I am not good at early starts either so I had to have another nap. Rodders was very happy to accompany me on the sofa and there we snoozed for about an hour. I woke up first and watched him for a little while and then, the meanie that I am, woke him to go in to the garden for a piddle.

We played in and out for a while and I sorted out his lunch. OH rang on his way home (his home this time) after another successful day at the office - you are a superstar you know!

Rodders ate most of his lunch at 2 sittings but made a mess of the floor - the joys of giving him sloppy food. I waited for him to go in the garden before I cleaned up but that boy can hear kitchen roll being ripped apart at a hundred paces and he was soon back in to help me.

We ran about the garden together for a while and then he played for a little while on his own. I love the way he bounces around, a bit like a spring lamb, when he gets hold of a toy - in this case the kitchen roll inner.

Once we came in he was getting a bit snappy so coat on and time for a walk around the neighbourhood. He isn't shaking now but he is starting to wriggle, he wants to be down on the ground. Not yet little man, still 2 weeks to go.

We went straight in the garden so he could have a piddle and he seems quite happy playing out there for a bit.
